HOW TO MAKE ORGANIC COLOURS WITH FLOWERS

Ever wondered that playing Holi with organic colours is possible ? Well , Yes !!! Now you don’t need to worry about getting rashes, skin allergies or health problems because of the chemically processed synthetic colours that are sold in the market. You can safeguard yourself and the environment by choosing to forgo toxic chemical colours and choosing to make them with flowers.

HERE ARE THE NECESSARY STEPS TO MAKE NATURAL COLOURS WITH FLOWERS:

DRY COLOURS

  • Collect flowers of the desired colours that you wish to make.
  • Dry them and crush it until you get a powdery like substance.
  • You can also add few drops of essential oils to enhance the fragrance.
  • Mix all the ingredients and you are done.

WET COLOURS

  • You will need fresh flowers to make damp colours.
  • Soak the flower petals in water overnight.
